Leahills Primary School Street Audit
Community Action Lanarkshire recently visited Leadhills Primary School to carry out a Street Audit with the children from Leadhills & Wanlockhead as part of Make Your Way Leadhills - Wanlockhead Active Travel Pathway.
It was interesting to get the views of the children who have to travel to & from school along the route with ether very little pavements or none at all.
The Pathway connects the two highest villages in Scotland & the 2.8km path will improve everyday walking, wheeling and cycling opportunities between the ex-leadmining communities, linking key community facilities which include Leadhills Primary School
